The provision of superior healthcare is also a key component of RCW’s prosperity creation programs. Be it in large, for-profit enterprises or on tiny subsistence farms, employees cannot work efficiently and provide for their families if they are ill. Moving beyond the traditional NGO focus on short-term poverty alleviation, RCW promotes sustainable wealth creation for the Rwandan citizens who need it most. Our model is simple and effective: we invest in communities to support their entrepreneurs and their efforts in education and health. We are a true partner, finding sources of capital, and providing critical insight and enterprise training to ensure that businesses succeed and expand.
